I worked at Webster University’s student newspaper, The Journal for three years (2011-2014). During that time I held four different positions — staff writer, copy editor, managing editor and editor-in-chief. While I was managing editor, I was responsible for The Journal’s social media. As editor-in-chief, I hired a social media manager and encouraged more social media activity among my staff.
I also volunteered and worked for the Webster Groves Farmers Market. For one summer, I managed the market’s social media. Below are examples from both of those experiences.
